The first instance of lockdown brought with it uncertainty and frustration at what was happening and why. Throughout the 3 lockdowns, I went through moments of trepidation not knowing what was round the corner. I was at times startled and bewildered especially when I realised I could not go for a coffee at my local bakery shop but it was one of the high street shops that opened for most part of the lockdown in 2020.

We have, most of us, come through this pandemic very well and I want to congratulate all who have done their utmost to help when nobody knew what was going on.

In this eBook I recounted the year as I had seen it and in the way I know how to express my thoughts through poetry.
